Bronze

Our Bronze maintenance agreement provides the following services:

• Routine planned preventative maintenance visits
• Access to our 24 hour help desk including callout voice link where a suitable auto-dialler is fitted
• A full equipment heath check with Site Safety and Risk Assessment
• Lubricants and adjustments

Silver

Our Silver maintenance agreement provides the following services:

• The benefits of our Bronze agreement
• The cost of callouts to attend breakdowns during our normal working hours

Gold

Our Gold maintenance agreement provides the following services:

• The benefits of our Silver maintenance agreement.
• The cost of labour and materials to replace worn components.
• Access to our on-line services

Platinum

Our Platinum maintenance agreement provides the following services:

• The benefits of our Gold maintenance agreement
• No call out charges at anytime

Platinum Plus

Our Platinum Plus maintenance agreement provides the following services:

• The benefits of our Platinum maintenance agreement
• No call out charges at anytime including the first hour of labour due to misuse of the equipment.

We are also able to provide site specific contracts to meet special requirements such as PPM visits undertaken outside of normal working hours.
