Titan Elevators prides itself on having great relationships with all of our customers and firmly believes that this is based around good communication. We let our customers know what we are doing and when, should our engineers be working at their sites. Our engineers will always report on our activity or findings upon departure directly to the appointed site contact assuming there is one at the premises.
In the case of third party Facility Management we will also notify any change of status regarding the elevators at these premises to the designated party.
To further assist with customer communication Titan Elevators operates a bespoke data transfer facility called Titan Interface, which provides the ability for all relevant supporting maintenance and project documentation to be accessed via a desktop or android handheld device. This technology, under strict password control, is available with selected pre specified service level agreements to allow viewing of real time reporting of specific elevator breakdowns and trends through to active insurance report status and service/maintenance intervals.
