We use a proprietary software solution called “Liftdata” to run our business.
The service module is used for:

- Lift Breakdown Logging, Management & Evaluation
- Route Planning
- Maintenance Reporting
- Site Safety Assessment
- PDA & Digital Pen Engineer Reporting
The “liftdata” software is used to measure our performance against our own Key Performance
Indicators and our client Service Level Agreements.
